Birthday lunch & Yummy chocolate cake
Sunday started with choir practice for Dakota at 8:50 am followed by our regular church meetings. Patricia was supposed to visit another ward as part of her calling, but as our dear friends 'Enid and George Yourstone' wanted to give her a birthday lunch, she was excused by the Stake YW president.
The Turners (Starr, Jason, Cami and Graham) were also there. Patricia really enjoyed her lunch and the homemade delicious cake. The Yourstones and Turners live very close and enjoy getting together.
After lunch, Patricia had to drive to the Freehold ward for Youth Council meetings. She is using her Christmas gift from Daniel, the GPS, so she doesn't get lost driving to the ward buildings in NJ.
Daniel left Monday morning for Connecticut and will return Tuesday evening.
NEWS: Our dear Prophet Gordon B. Hinkley died January 27th 2008, He was 97 years old. Our family home evening will focus on the life of President Hinkley and the process of choosing a new Prophet.
gratitude thought: grateful for the life of Gordon B Hinkley and all he did. We enjoy many temples due to his focus of adding more around the world.
grateful for friends to share birthdays with as our dear families are so far away. If things go well with work for Daniel, it would be wonderful to visit them. ..grateful that we can hope......
